Common queries answered

What is the shipping and processing time?

Since all of my products are made-to-order, you should expect a processing time of 2-7 business days. Add the number of days for the shipping method chosen (by default 3-5 business days for shirts and 5-10 business days for sweaters) at checkout on top of that to get your total shipping time.

What happens if I provided the wrong address?

Items that are marked returned to sender will incur an additional shipping fee to be resent out if the issue is buyer-related. Additionally, there is a 2 to 4 week processing window before an item is able to be sent back out. Please confirm your shipping address to ensure timely delivery and reduce such delays.

What happens if my package is lost?

In the very, very rare case that the shipping company loses a package, I have a small window of time to make a claim on your your behalf. Claims, as such, must be submitted no later than 15 business days after your posted delivery date (which you should receive when the package goes out). If you don’t receive your item within this timeframe please message me, so that I can help!

Do you do custom or personalized orders?

Do you do wholesale?

We do wholesale! Contact me with a little bit about your shop for a bulk discount.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

I don’t accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Who pays for customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
